The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and the VIXIIMMX and STTS names and marks, are owned by VIXIIMMX INC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, these Terms do not transfer any right, title, or interest in the Services to you.
06 App stores & third-party services
If you download an application from a third-party platform such as the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to that platform's terms. You acknowledge that such platforms are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Services. The Services may also rely on third-party tools or services that are governed by their own terms.
07 Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
08 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIXIIMMX INC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
09 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIXIIMMX INC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you under these Terms will end, while provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
